Anderson Bluegrass Festival
Anderson Alaska
July 29-31, 2011

The Anderson Festival is located at Anderson Riverside Park, Mile 283 Parks Highway.  It is a 616 acre park with free camping and RV parking.  There's loads of camping space and a view of Mount Denali on a clear day.  Besides the music, there are food and vendor booths, a beer garden, restrooms and showers.  There is an admission charge to the festival by the day ($20 for Friday and Saturday and $15 for Sunday) or $40 for the weekend.  Children under 12 are free.  No carry-in alcohol, no fireworks, no drums or bongos in the campsites (but acoustic string band instruments are more than welcome!  :-)  Sponsored by The Anderson/Clear Lions Club and K&L Distributors, New Northwest Broadcasters, Clear Channel Radio, Acoustic Adventures, and Alaska Folk Music
